The primary purpose of the Clinic Manager is to lead the clinic teams to maximize the associate experience, clinic growth, margin, EBITDA targets and patient satisfaction in a retail healthcare setting, RediClinic.

1.Responsible for all aspects of leading the designated team of clinicians and clinic assistants, focusing on clinical quality, staffing, achieving business objectives and maintaining open clinics, which will include working shifts to cover openings. 2. Directs clinicians and clinic assistants in achieving Talent, Traffic and Ticket targets to maximize clinic EBITDA and patient satisfaction. Achieve clinic budgets in payroll and expense control. 3. Conducts clinic visits and completes the Clinic Visit Guide and appropriate compliance audits. Coach and train clinic team on areas of improvement and provide necessary follow-up to ensure compliance. 4. Responsible for all aspects of managing clinic staff including scheduling, approving time keeping and PTO requests in accordance with policy. Partners with Clinical Administrator to discuss exceptions. 5. Ensures all staff are trained and ready to meet company expectations through leading and conducting RediClinic University, week 2 in clinic training and on-going training as needed, along with the teams' compliance with on-line learning modules. 6. Responsible for resolving clinic issues and customer complaints in order to minimize business impact while increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction. Be available on-call for clinic teams on weekends through a market rotation schedule. 7. Collaborates with the Clinic Administrator in the planning, development and execution of area business plans and objectives to achieve targets. 8. Conducts interviews and participates in hiring process. Provides leadership and development for associates by communicating career opportunities, providing regular feedback and conducting appraisals for Clinicians, Clinic Assistants,and Float staff. Partners with supervisor and Human Resources on all formal corrective actions. 9. Directs the activities associated with competitive defense and patient acquisition. Supports script growth and front end sales and protects clinic market share from competitive opening.

Responsibilities A day in the life of a Practice Administrator at Hackensack Meridian includes: * The Practice Administrator works collaboratively with the Executive Director and other Practice Administrators and provides administrative oversight and business development for hospital owned or operated physician practices * Supervises Practice Managers of all assigned practices. * Directs the operations of all assigned practices. * Performs other assignments as requested related to growth and physician integration including but not limited to ambulatory care services. * Assists with setup, training and implementation for all new practices during start-up phase. * Lead On-Site JFKMA presence for all hospital owned or operated physician practices * Assures that JFKMA patients receive high quality, cost effective care at assigned practices * Assures that each assigned practice operates with targeted budgets for revenue and expense * Oversees revenue cycle functions at each practice * Assures that Practice Managers follow all privacy and HIPAA guidelines * Provides input and guidance to Practice Managers with respect to staffing, cost control and practice workflow Qualifications Requirements: * Must have a strong understanding of the principles of Physician Practice management, physician relations and health care operations * Must have extensive knowledge of Physician billing and revenue cycle. * Experience with optimizing physician practice workflow * Must have excellent customer service skills as demonstrated by interactions with JFKMA patients, physicians, physician office staff and hospital staff * Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple projects and customers * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong public presentation and interpersonal skills. * Experience with contracting and/or integration with a hospital/joint venture strongly desired. * Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related health field is required * Master's Degree in Business Management or related health field is preferred * Five (5) or more years physician practice management experience * Prior management experience in hospital-based physician practice setting preferred Hackensack University Medical Center Edison NJ
