Job Description
The MP&A Operations Manager is responsible for the project management of all MP&A led initiatives and projects. The role will partner with the Director of MP&A Operations in the development and implementation of execution timelines for development cycles and projects, while ensuring key stakeholders are informed of status and upcoming deliverables. The role requires an expertise of all existing VS & Co processes and functions to effectively manage projects around existing operating model work streams.
Responsibilities
Manage project and product development from initiation to completion in all places MP&A is impacted
Work with cross-functional operations leads to ensure smooth process execution
Strategize and influence brand development timelines from an MP&A perspective
Lead the approach for MP&A owned meetings through charters, agendas, time management, and notes
Create and maintain templates, materials, etc. to support consistent Operations approach, and communication, for all projects and deliverables
Schedule and facilitate meetings with leaders to align on and cascade process, timelines, and execution
Continually monitor timelines and keep all key stakeholders informed of ongoing statuses, identifying risks and providing solutions
Act as centralized communication hub for all MP&A project related requests and inquires
Own promotional tracking tools, communication, and budget monitoring across all functions, finding efficiencies in the process and reducing spend, while supporting business needs

Minimum Salary: $82,500.00
Maximum Salary: $112,665.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5-8 years' relevant working experience, including operations, or project management
Deep knowledge of Merchandise Planning & Allocation and calendar management
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
A passion for problem-solving and for identifying and addressing business process and operational opportunities
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to quickly adapt to change and thrive in fast-paced environments
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable communicating with all levels of management
Fashion retail experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Smartsheet
