Minimum Qualifications of Candidate

The Department is seeking a Mgmt. Applications Development professional with the following minimum qualifications (these qualifications must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks):

• 7 to 10 years of IT and business work experience including managing teams in systems analysis and/or programming.

• Experience in working in System/Software Development Life cycle methodologies.

• Senior level skills and experience with Microsoft's .NET Framework.

• Senior level skills and experience with C# software development.

• Senior level skills and experience with Microsoft's Team Foundation Server (TFS).

• Senior level skills and experience with object-oriented design and development.

• Senior level skills and experience with Microsoft's Visual Studio 2017 or later.

• Senior level skills and experience with database design principles and best practices using Microsoft's SQL Server 2016 or later.

• Senior level skills and experience with developing SQL reports in Microsoft's Reporting Services.

• Experience with performing daily operational support on a larger, functionally rich Web applications.

• Work with K-12 applications preferred Experience with building systems for Medicaid billing preferred.

Deliverables/Tasks

The Mgmt. Applications Development key deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for assisting in the collection of technical and functional requirements.

• Responsible for assisting with the development of use cases.

• Responsible for creating application customization based on customer needs.

• Responsible for being the technical Subject Matter Expert in the application design, development and implementation of enhancements to the existing PEER and MTS 3.0 applications.

• Responsible for developing ASP.NET applications.

• Responsible for performing code reviews and unit testing, as well as participating in post deployment activities.

• Working on one or more projects as a project team member and providing current updates to the Project Manager.

• Documenting all project related material and building a knowledge base in each specific business area.

• Coaching junior technical staff on controlled development and design methodology.

• Provides monthly status reports.
