The MFG WHSE Program Sr. Analyst will provide National leadership for ICS and support the Warehouse and Region WHSE Operations team. This key leader will develop and collaborate on Warehouse training, system development and support execution of projects.
Responsibilities
National Project leader of ICS and partnering with the team on enhancements to optimize efficiencies for warehouse systems development
Testing support for updated versions of systems
Provide the field with support related to systems and training virtually and in person
Support development and facilitation of training sessions to all levels of the organization
Provide systems support to field teams, HQ Engineering, helpdesk, IT, HQ teams, and Vendors
Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for field and support team questions/concerns
Leverage analytical competencies to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for process and operating improvements
Provide technical expertise to field and support through on site visits when needed
Support the field with any issues that surface post project deployments
Clearly and concisely communicate project status and updates across the organization
Other duties as required
Scope of Interactions:
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300 based on a full-time schedule
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
70% Travel
Prior experience in warehouse and in depth understanding of ICS and MFG/WHSE Operations
Lean six sigma training or knowledge a plus
6+ years of F/L plant warehouse work experience
Key Skills / Experiences:
Knowledge and familiarity with project management and demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and phases to a high-quality output
Proven experience in leading multiple complex Supply Chain operations projects with a record of delivering results
Strong warehouse operations understanding & knowledge
Effective communication skills (both oral and written)
Creative Problem Solving to develop and vet solutions for the business
Influencing Skills: Possess the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbal and written; ability to influence others and communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
Structured & Logical Thinking: Ability to define business problems and frameworks, and discern what is important
Motivation: Self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment
Cultural Sensitivity: Understand cultural and social differences in key regions and markets

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with warehouse systems (ICS, IPM, LM, SAP, PWM, etc.)
