Specific Job Function:

  • Pick/pack in warehouse environment.

  • Assemble orders for shipping and manufactured products.

  • Utilize KABAN system to refill stocking levels.

  • Use hand and pneumatic assembly tools to complete kits.

  • Build and test product in accordance with documentation, in a timely manner to

meet scheduled ship dates.

  • Maintain accurate reporting of labor through use of labor tracking system.

  • Test equipment ranging from basic to complex assemblies.

  • Record and document test results and manufacturing discrepancies as required,

using forms provided.

  • Perform housekeeping duties daily.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Special Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Cutting, threading, and fitting of Galvanized, Stainless Steel pipe required.

  • Cutting, threading, fitting and gluing of PVC required.

  • Capable of reading plumbing and electrical blueprints.

  • Interpret electrical schematics, with understanding of electrical codes/wire size


Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent or prior apprenticeship.

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in pipe fitting, and assembly.

  • Experience in machine building.

  • Ability to work from BOM/drawings.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability, manual dexterity, experience and general

knowledge of assembly techniques.

  • Manual lifting up to 50lbs.

VIEW JOBS 12/7/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-07T00:00 Specific Job Function: * Create standardized control systems as required * Develop, install and test all PLC programs for customized systems * Develop, implement and maintain a process to revision control all PLC programs, and enables rapid location of the most current PLC program, both standard and job-specific. * Manage relationship with control panel manufacturers to insure proper documentiaton, scope of supply and cost competetivness * Posses a solid knowledge of applicable regulatory standards (UL, NFPA, local codes, etc…), and ensure that products meet the required specifications * Independently perform PLC system start-ups, and troubleshooting complex PLC issues at on-site customer locations * Mentor junior engineers * Provide controls training as required for other functional areas (Sales, AE's, Mfg, PE, etc…) Requirements: * Bachelors of Science degree in electrical engineering; Masters of Science in engineering a plus * 5+ years of experience in PLC and HMI hardware specification & software development, programming from a written specification for Allen-Bradley PLC-5, Control Logix, Compact Logix, Micro Logix systems * Able to read, interpret and utilize mechanical prints, electrical schematics, and P&IDs to drive electrical component & instrument specification and control system design. * Independently convert sequences of operations into automation codes. * Able to select PLC hardware, design/layout/build PLC panels, and program and troubleshoot PLC systems * Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the use of industrial communications protocols including: RS232, RS485, Modbus, TCP/IP, BACnet, Profibus, and Ethernet * Up to 40% travel Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position.
