The Materials and Fuels Complex (MFC) is seeking to hire a Laborer to support site operations. The responsibilities for this position will include:
Maintain facilities and grounds in a clean, safe and pleasing condition by performing duties primarily involving physical labor
Identify equipment and facility needs
Time out/Stop work, if ES&H, Quality, or Safeguards concerns exist
Know and comply with environmental, safety, health and radiological policies
Ensure safety of self and of coworkers
Report unsafe work conditions to immediate manager
Ensure that Laboratory Excellence is achieved through appropriate implementation of conduct of operations.
Participate in safety related processes and programs as defined by the Laboratory
Excellent oral and written communication ability
Must be able to manage effective working relationships
Must be able to perform work on ladders, platforms and scaffolds
Selective Service Requirements
To be eligible for employment at INL males between ages 18 and 25 must register (or must have registered) with the Selective Service System (SSS).
