Obtain and record water meter readings to insure accurate billing of customers' accounts within established timeframes.
Accurately record situation codes in the field to report conditions that may adversely impact customer service, the public safety, as well as situations that may result in potential damage to Company facilities.
Respond to inquiries accurately and professionally, and when necessary, involve the appropriate individuals, to resolve customer and company-related issues and to achieve the highest level of customer service in all areas of assigned responsibilities.
Perform the duties of FSR when not meter reading.
Knowledge / Skills
Must be able to perform the essential functions and meet the physical requirements for Meter
Required to become computer literate and able to learn and work with the Mobile Work Management Program used to manage customer service orders.
Additionally, will be required to learn to operate the meter reading equipment by the end of the probationary period.

High School diploma/GED required
The applicant will need to work in an outdoor environment with exposure to weather-related heat and cold and related elements.
Applicant may occasionally be required to lift/move over 25 pound
Licenses & Certifications
A valid driver's license without restrictions is required.
