METADATA PLATFORM ANALYST

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for design, development, testing, implementation, configuration and maintenance of workflows and integrations for our Collibra Data Governance Center ( DGC) and MetaCenter metadata management platforms.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Implement Collibra DGC workflows with workflow forms to enable data management capabilities

  • Leverage Collibra API and Collibra Connect to implement integrations between Collibra and adjacent platforms

  • Design, development, unit testing, and validation support of Metadata import and export jobs and creation of data governance reporting/KPIs

  • Responsible for adherence to SDLC policies and standards for technical management of the Collibra DGC platform

  • Partner with stakeholders for requirements, integrations and processes, participate in meetings and working sessions

  • Partner with data management and integration leads to continuously improve data management technologies and processes

  • Support implementation of upgrades and future developments of data governance tool suites

  • Maintain a solid understanding of Collibra DGC capabilities and the product's roadmap to ensure effective technical design of solutions in the platform

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.

  • 5+ years of data-centric IT experience

  • Understanding and experience with Groovy, JavaScript, Eclipse, and APIs

  • Understanding and experience in using Groovy with Collibra

  • Understanding and experience with data formats such as XML, CSV, and JSON

  • Understanding and experience with typical integration technologies such as HTTP, JMS, JDBC, REST, and SOAP

  • Experience with MuleSoft/Collibra Connect

  • Experience with data governance tools including technical and business metadata

  • Experience as a Collibra developer working with Collibra Connect, API, DGC, and Activiti Workflow Designer tool preferred

  • Collibra certification preferred

Project Management Process Analyst, AVP Job Summary The Project Management Process Analyst will help drive execution through designing, developing, and improving MUFG internal project management processes. We are looking for demonstrated experience in supporting waterfall development life cycle and agile transformation in an enterprise environment. Major Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain standards and operational procedure documents for the IT Project Management Process * Provide leadership in agile through methodology improvements * Create and tailor waterfall and agile processes and process improvements into procedures and controls supporting organizational objectives * Collaborate with Project Reporting and Project Quality teams to validate alignment with the project management processes * Work with technology partners to gather requirements and assist in documenting new processes and procedures to ensure alignment with project management practices * Provide functional and process expertise to assist training team to develop training materials * Identify new approaches and solutions to the current project management process and design, develop and implement the changes * Participate in the effort and work with multi-discipline partners to develop Agile/Iterative methodology * Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure the proposed and existing improvement solution plans are aligned with organizational goals and objectives * Provide project-level support/coaching related to central project management office procedures Qualifications: Qualifications * Approx. 2 years' experience in practicing agile methods * Approx. 5 years' demonstrated experience in waterfall life cycle process analysis * Experience with waterfall development life cycle and agile processes and process improvements in a large organization * Excellent consultative skills with ability to influence and align across organizational silos * Must be confident, self-starter, self-motivated individual who really enjoys the challenge that comes with driving, consulting, training and mentoring groups on projects process/life cycle * Experience with process design, mapping, quality tools and organizational change management * Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure, think analytically and communicate effectively between IT and non IT users. * Ability to deliver solutions including both system function and non-system supported manual procedures * Ability to lead related parties with different interests to reasonable consensus. * Roll-up the sleeves, positive can-do attitude required. * Strong analytical, facilitation, and process mapping skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft SharePoint * Ability to see the big picture, understand project objectives and be able to apply understanding of how processes should work The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
