Knowledge of ISA95 / MESA standards

Experience in MES implementation on any COTs tool like Apriso, Simatic IT, GE Proficy, SAP ME/MII, Rockwell etc

Good understanding of business processes in one of the industries viz. CPG, Chemical process, Hi-tech manufacturing

Good understanding of Production, Quality, Inventory and Maintenance capabilities required for these industries.

Prefer Good understanding of control systems automation and its integration with MES solution. Experience of integrating Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi

Experience in translating Business requirements to functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to IT capabilities.

Experience on Fit-Gap assessment for MES functionalities.

Knowledge on preparing impact assessment for change management.

Ability to document and do basic level troubleshooting of MES application issues.

Familiarity with Agile framework and Industry 4.0

Good analytical skills

Should have done requirements gathering and documentation for requirement traceability matrix.
