FADP Performance Manager (FPM) Job Description

Position Overview

The Financial Advisor Development Program Performance Manager (FPM) supports management to develop, execute and achieve the advisor development goals of the market. The FPM is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Financial Advisor Development Program (FADPs) participants within the market, ensuring a consistent experience that is strictly aligned to the national program. The FPM partners with leadership to deliver coaching, training and performance assessments that support the development and success of all FADPs.

Key Responsibilities

Advisor Development & Training

  • Under the direction of the Market Executives and the Division FADP Performance Executives, and in partnership with the FADP Coordinators, ensure FADPs are meeting and achieving hurdles

  • Assess skills, knowledge and capabilities gaps through coaching and analysis; develop customized developmental plans to address

  • In alignment with national program, lead training and develop activities, tools and routines to help enable FADP productivity

  • Personal involvement with FADPs who require heightened support to achieve success

  • Help reinforce compliance, supervision, and provide risk management support of FADPs and their activity for market leadership

Pipeline Management

  • Lead pipeline management routines with teams and coach on pipeline execution

  • Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships

Strategy & Accountability

  • Work with Market Executives to develop and implement strategies to drive growth initiatives throughout the market

  • Support leaders in implementing effective performance management, including goal setting, incentive, and other reward and recognition mechanisms

  • Accountable to support market results, while maintaining strict consistency with national programs

  • Performance ratings and discretionary compensation will be directly tied to FADP scorecard results (what) and market leadership (how)

Required Skills

  • Candidates are strongly preferred to currently hold Series 7 AND Series 66 (or Series 63 AND Series 65), equivalent licenses. If applicant does not currently hold these licenses, these licenses must be acquired within a specific timeframe

  • 3+ years leading, coaching, and managing high performing sales teams within the financial services industry

  • Strong knowledge of the FADP or Consumer training programs preferred

  • Proven track record of coaching and improving performance in others

  • Proven ability to drive integration across solutions and drive results through superior delivery and sales management

  • Proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners/clients

  • Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast paced environment

  • Experience in building effective client minded sales strategies which impact the business line

  • Projects enthusiasm, optimism, and determination

  • Communicates strategic business plans and tactical sales goals clearly and effectively at all levels

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, strongly preferred

Enterprise Role Overview

Lead and participate in routines with market level and FADP partners to ensure alignment and buy-in of FADP strategy

Drive consistent routines within the market to ensure FADPs are meeting and achieving hurdles as appropriate, maintaining alignment to the national program

Accountable to support market results

Personally involvement with FADPs who require heightened support to achieve success

In partnership with the FADP-C, coach, monitor, and track FADP progress, this includes 1:1 and group coaching, role playing, call nights, and other innovative solutions

Monitor FADP progress and identify gaps/opportunities; funnel up to ME and other key stakeholders

Help reinforce compliance, supervision, and provide risk management support for Market leadership

Support leaders in implementing effective performance management including goal setting, incentive, and other reward and recognition mechanisms

Series 7, 66

Proven track record of coaching and improving performance in others
3+ years leading, coaching, and managing high performing sales teams within the financial services industry

Proven ability to drive integration across products and drive results through superior delivery and sales management

Proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners/clients

Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast paced environment

Experience in building effective client minded sales strategies which impact the business line

We are seeking aviation professionals that share our passion for safety and excellence in operations. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintains a close liaison with the Regional Maintenance Manager to provide the current status of aircraft and forecast downtime. 2. The Lead Technician is a supervisory and support position intended to provide direct supervision to the Base Maintenance Technicians for the program, as assigned. 3. Provides planning, management, and oversight of the maintenance organization within the assigned Region. 4. Provides aircraft technical support, maintenance planning of daily, short term and long term planning of all maintenance activity within the assigned program. 5. Ensuring Company aircraft are maintained in accordance with the Airworthiness Standards prescribed by applicable Regulations, Airworthiness Directives and Metro Aviation's policy and procedure. 6. Overseeing the management of the aircraft maintenance activities including overhaul, modifications, maintenance, and repair of aircraft airframe, rotors, propellers, engines and appliances. 7. Responsible for after-hours Maintenance Management support for their respective programs. 8. Responsible for a thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, the General Maintenance Manual, the Operations Manual, and Operations Specifications. 9. Ensuring that base Technicians are properly qualified and trained for their respective assignments. 10. Communicating and interfacing with the customer program Manager, the aircraft scheduled maintenance activity, unscheduled maintenance activity and other activities that may affect the availability of the aircraft. 11. Responsible for the timely repair of deferred items in reference to the MEL Management Program. 12. Responsible for logging, tracking and keeping current the Aircraft Out Of Service events on the Company Intranet Portal. 13. Ensures the Director of Maintenance is notified in the event of encounters with the FAA such as ramp checks, base visits or requests to contact ATC. Notification may be made by email or by phone during normal duty hours. The notification shall include but not be limited to location, date, time, Inspector name, areas covered and areas of concern. Physical/Work Environment: * Ability to work outdoors and/or in potentially extreme cold and hot temperatures dependent upon location. * Bending, squatting, kneeling, sitting and standing for extended periods of time. * Frequent usage of hands, wrists, shoulders, and back is necessary. * Comfortable working on ladders and or work stands of 12 feet or less and small spaces. * Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position. * Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (High Visibility clothing, Ear protection, safety glasses) when required. * Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. While performing duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls: reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
