Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis including the evaluation of financial statements, financial spreading and modeling, cash flow projections and valuation analysis, pro forma analysis and synergies analysis

  • Help draft legal documentation

  • Market research analysis and analyzation of key market statistics

  • Assist in the execution of internal integration efforts with Accounting, IT, Human Resources and Risk Management / Safety groups

  • Develop evaluation materials on acquisition targets for the Executive Committee

  • Tracking and documentation of acquisition targets and progress as well as M&A activity within the industry

  • Preparation of materials for presentation to the GMS Board of Directors

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a bachelor's degree program in business, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or a related field

  • Advanced abilities with MS Applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skill

  • Self-starterhigh integrity, energy, enthusiasm

  • Rising Juniors or Seniors

Duties & Responsibilities: * Maintain working knowledge of cyber threat tactics and techniques * Research, identify and understand new threats * Assist with conducting risk assessments, security audits, vulnerability/penetration tests with commercial, open-source, and self-developed tools and techniques * Assist with digital forensic investigations involving data breaches and litigation support * Document and present findings to the team and clients * Excel as a self-motivated individual who can work on their own as well as integrated with a team in a variety of situations * Provide immediate onsite support for security incidents * Work with and support lead incident response handlers * Maintain working knowledge of advanced digital forensic techniques * Research, identify and understand new artifacts in enterprise computing environments * Responsible for reviewing and testing technical, administrative and physical controls within the current information technology environments and providing guidance on mitigating the risks based upon the results * Assist our team with responding to, investigating, and mitigating security incidents * Strong communication skills are essential to successfully translate technology and security requirements into business terms Requirements: * Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science and/or Security preferred (in progress or completed); rising Junior or Senior preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias towards simple solutions * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal * Self-starter, able to work independently * Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential * Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Launch your career with a national building materials distributor and discover opportunities for growth and advancement.
