In this role, you will be responsible for traveling extensively to multiple cities, conducting ride-alongs with new and existing Territory Managers. You will set an example of what a great merchant visit should look and sound like, ensuring that our merchants receive the highest level of service and support.

Job Description:

• Conduct ride-alongs with Territory Managers to assess their merchant visits and provide constructive feedback.

• Demonstrate best practices in merchant visits, showcasing exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Regional Managers, and National leadership to develop action plans for improvement and provide ongoing coaching and support.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and share insights with the leadership team.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients products, services, and industry trends.

Performance Measurements:

• Improvement in Territory Manager performance and merchant satisfaction scores.

• Consistent adherence to best practices during ride-alongs.

• Achievement of individual and team coaching goals.

• Timely and accurate reporting on coaching activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptability and willingness to travel extensively.

• Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
