The Sales Development Representative shall be responsible for outbound prospecting to support the merchant services team at one of the fastest growing, independent payroll companies in the country. Dominion Payroll has recently begun a partnership with Reliable Payments to offer payment processing solutions to Virginia based businesses. The job requires high energy in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Development Representative must be quick on their feet, excel in managing objections, master tools to generate leads, have a positive outlook and not be easily discouraged.

Requirements & Expectations:
0 - 2 years of prospecting and phone-based sales/service experience
Bachelor's degree in business preferred
Detail and follow up oriented
Excellent customer service and listening skills
Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community
Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills
Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment
Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreed-upon dates set by sales management
Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, or other local marketing programs as directed by sales management
