Dominion Payroll has recently begun a partnership with Reliable Payments to offer payment processing solutions to Virginia based businesses. The job requires high energy in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Development Representative must be quick on their feet, excel in managing objections, master tools to generate leads, have a positive outlook and not be easily discouraged.

Requirements & Expectations:
0 - 2 years of prospecting and phone-based sales/service experience
Bachelor's degree in business preferred
Detail and follow up oriented
Excellent customer service and listening skills
Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community
Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills
Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment
Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreed-upon dates set by sales management
Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, or other local marketing programs as directed by sales management
