EzPay America is currently seeking contract to hire regional managers for our mid-west division. Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma to enter our contract to hire program. Although experience in the merchant services field is preferred, we will be glad to take into consideration applicants with at least 2 years of outside sales experience.
Our program is designed to fully prepare you for a career in Merchant Services with EzPay America. We are a company that believes in rewarding those that are willing to work to achieve their financial goals.
Once you complete our program, you will be offered a permanent position with EzPay America. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are seeking more than a 9 to 5 job. You must be willing to put in the effort to learn our industry and then have the ability to utilize what you have learned to hire and train others.

  1. When you notify us that you would like to move forward with training you will be emailed a new agent agreement spelling out the terms under which we work. This will be a DocuSign document that we must receive back completed in full.
  2. Once you sign and return our agreement, we will then send you a link to our online training portal to begin your training. We DO monitor your training and we do know what you have and have not completed. WE DO NOT PAY YOU TO BE TRAINED
  3. Once your online training is completed you are assigned to a training partner that will work with you to train you on the proper way to complete the required paperwork that your clientswill need to complete when you bring a new client on board.
  4. You will be required to meet a sales goal of 50 new accounts over a five-month period. You will be paid commission each month on each account that you sell for the life of the contract based on the net revenue of that account.
  5. Once you have completed both your online training and have met your sales goal, you will be offered a position as a Regional Sales Manager with EzPay America. This position will include a base salary, plus commission on the accounts that you have sold as well as an override commission on all new agents that you hire and train under you.
Note: Let us be clear on this. Until you have fully completed our training program and met your required sales goals your compensation will be by commission only. However, once you have met these standards, you can expect to offered both a salary and commissions. Our average regional manager makes in excess of $100k per year. If you are willing to work to achieve your goal, the compensation is well above the norm.

Their role is to drive responsible growth, consulting with small business clients to understand their business priorities and provide solutions that meet their needs with a focus on more complex opportunities and solutions. They are an integral contributor to One Team and will spend dedicated time in financial centers engaging in partner routines, accepting in person client appointments, referrals and introductions and coaching their colleagues on how to identify merchant opportunities and make quality referrals. They will also develop opportunities with their partners, go on joint client calls and meet clients at their place of business. They are the expert in the payment industry and Bank of America merchant solutions and consult with small business owners to align solutions with their unique and complex business priorities and needs. Maintain and manage a strong pipeline for new revenue growth as well as developing and retaining existing client relationships. This role reports directly to the Merchant Market Manager.
