We offer you the flexibility to plan your work schedule for up to 40 hours per week. This means you can plan your days and even schedule your time off up to a month in advance.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

Embark on an exciting journey as our Merchandising Team Lead! In this role, you're at the forefront of transforming the experience in major home improvement havens. Your mission: to lead and complete merchandising projects with flair, independently owning the spotlight and shining even brighter when assisting in one-on-one training sessions with our fantastic service representatives. You're not just creating eye-catching displays; you're also imparting your wisdom to both seasoned reps and newcomers, ensuring our brand stands out.

IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license, current personal car insurance, and access to a reliable personal car

• A smartphone with internet access and the ability to send and receive texts and emails

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, use rolling staircase ladders, push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds

• 2+ years working as a Representative or Merchandiser

• Hands-on experience with all aspects of merchandising and resets

• Ability to teach, train, and provide support for new hires

• Experience using web-based reporting systems to submit reports and photos while in stores

• Ability to communicate effectively with merchandisers, clients, and customers to achieve and exceed goals set by the client

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Manufacturer sales or merchandising experience in the home center industry is preferred but not required.
