Merchandising Team Lead

Signature Retail Services is hiring for a Merchandising Team Lead! The pay rate for this position is $21-$23 per hour.

What will you do?

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will directly lead our efforts at retail; impacting our in-store workforce, helping us to build success at store level, and contributing to our legacy of success. We offer the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the Home Improvement Industry, such as Lowe's and Home Depot, as well as some of the most recognizable brands. Your duties include, but are not limited to the following

• Lead a team of Merchandising Associates.
• Execute assignments with the utmost integrity.,
• Resolve issues for our associates, the retail stores and our brand clients.
• Coordinate with project managers and field operations to complete projects to scope and on time.
• Play a pivotal role in mentoring your team and helping them grow.
• Dive into the details and provide value added feedback.
• Identify problems, strategize solutions and solve problems on the spot.

Minimum Requirements

• 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone with access to the internet, phone, text, and email
• Ability to lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively without assistance
• Willingness to use rolling staircase/step ladders while working in stores
• Must be able to quickly adapt to an ever-evolving landscape and be able to travel to meet our clients' expectations.
