Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. At PepsiCo we place Campus Interns/ Full- Time and Graduate hires in roles nationwide across both field and headquarter locations. Preferred candidate is a college graduate within the last year.
Responsibilities
As a Merchandising Team Lead Designate, you will complete a 6+ month onboarding program to assimilate and develop the necessary skillset to successfully promote into the Merchandising Team Lead position. During your onboarding we will provide you with 4-6 months of route level training to learn the foundation of the business and develop an understanding of our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network and supply chain, while teaching you the role of the frontline route merchandisers & sales reps you will eventually lead.
Apply knowledge of merchandising principles to drive productivity
Manage multiple priorities while allocating resources between accounts
Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals
Anticipate potential customer issues; apply contingency planning to avoid customer dissatisfaction
Train frontline employees and utilize PBC processes and tools
Understand cost per unit constraints when meeting customer needs
Help employees prioritize the work and promote teamwork
Supervise daily operations, delegate tasks and monitor progress
Set productivity and service targets, measure performance to drive accountability
What we're looking for:
Desire to lead, develop and motivate frontline associates
Self-starting individuals who possess the passion and drive to win
Resilience and adaptability to solve problems and discern priorities in a fast-pace environment
Proven leadership throughout your academic career (on or off campus)
Previous selling and/or customer service experience (on or off campus; either through part time jobs, internship or academic clubs)
Pursuing a Degree in: Management, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Professional Selling (other related majors will be considered)
Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings and/or weekend
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
Graduated from a 4 year school less than 1 year algo.
Hold a Bachelor's degree prior to the intended full time start date.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends
Must be willing and able to lift up to 60 lbs. periodically
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Have a valid, unrestricted United States (State Issued) driver's license at least three months prior to start date, and access to an automobile to drive to various sales locations for duration of time in role
