Our Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for traveling to a variety of big-box retailers (e.g., Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Lowe's, etc.) to set up/install consumer products and electronic devices, assemble displays, andcomplete routinemaintenance tasksfor our clients and vendor partners. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse product lines and recent releases including: laptops, tablets, household appliances, TVs and home theater, audio equipment, and more! We have also been expanding our merchandising talent into additional business sectors such as home improvement and furniture.

As afield merchandiser with ActionLink you will be part of the latest consumer product trends, helping displays come to life that excite customers and make our clients' innovative products stand out.


  • Flexible &independent work structure - assignments can be completed anytime Mondays through Thursdays before 6:00 PM

  • Travel locally to complete store visits within assigned field territory

  • Reset sections, endcaps, and shelving according to planogram

  • Build interactive displays by following instructions/schematics and using a variety of hand-held tools

  • Troubleshoot to ensure power displays are updated and fully functional

  • Set up or install electronics and connect devices to various media players

  • Complete routine maintenance tasks such as stocking, auditing/inventory, cleaning,updating signage, etc.

  • Maintain occasional business communications with remote Field Manager via phone and email

  • Submitonline survey reports to document visits, including digital photos of completed work


  • 1-2 years of retail experience strongly preferred

  • Great attention to detail and interest in technology

  • Access to hand-held and power tools

  • Available to work weekdays; weekly hours will fluctuate depending on time of year

  • Access to reliable vehicle transportation; territory typically consists of stores around a 30 mile radius

  • Access to the internet, printer, and smart device for training and reporting

  • Able to stand for long periods, stoop & climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.

For more information on our community organization, visit our website at Job Summary The Lead Licensed Practical Nurse provides routine patient care under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations. Provides nursing services to patients in a community health setting. Supervises and oversees the nursing staff Assists in providing education to the patients/family as needed. Responsible for the flow of patients through the medical service areas, and exercises frequent independent judgment. Performs with minimal supervision. Responsibilities and Standards * Monitors the patient flow through medical service areas. * Provides day to day supervision of nursing personnel. * Responsible for nursing staff schedule. * Monitors and approves time cards. * Collaborates with office manager to optimize patient flow. * Delegates job duties to clinical staff; trains and orients clinical staff. * Ability to apply nursing process to clinical situations. * Assesses and triages patients to the appropriate department or referral to ED * Assists providers * Obtains accurate vital signs from the patient and reports abnormal findings verbally to provider * Accurately obtains health history and reconciles medications * Serves as Interpreter between the patient and provider when needed. * Accurately completes patient information on laboratory forms * Fills in logbooks and special forms. * Administers medications by oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intradermal * Follows nursing policies and procedures for Intravenous access. * Performs specific department procedures. * Actively participates in quality improvement projects * Complies with company policy and procedures: promotes and complies with accreditation body standards of care. * Educates patient and/or family on prescribed treatment regimens * Assists in referral process * Assists patients in pharmaceutical assistance programs * Performs waived testing as ordered by the provider * Follows policies and procedures. * Logs results per policies and procedures * Reviews log books monthly for accuracy and completion * Orders and maintains inventory of medications * Maintains the sample log * Checks for expiration dates and disposes of expired medications correctly. * Keep exams rooms and treatment areas clean per infection control policy and procedures and well stocked * Accurately utilizes medical equipment as trained. * Reprocesses of medical equipment. * Orders medical supplies per policy and procedure. * Maintains compliance with monthly reports, i.e., hand hygiene, infection control, and equipment checklist. * Maintains use of universal precautions at all times. * Performs other related duties as indicated or when requested by supervisor. * Preloads patient's medical information in to the Electronic Health Records. * Completes Clinical Competencies and Annual Performance reviews. * Attends Clinical Lead Nurse's meetings.
