About the role:

The Merchandising Associate will work hand in hand with theMerchandising Team, and collaborate with the Design & ProductDevelopment/Production Team and other members of the company tohelp facilitate the execution of products in all categories formultiple seasons across the Men's businesses. The ideal candidatehas keen attention to detail and a passion for clothing. TheMerchandising Associate is organized and hardworking with theability to perform all functions of the job quickly andefficiently. They are excited to continue to learn and developnew skills with an aptitude to learn quickly and adapt in agrowing environment.

What you'll do:

• Maintain the Merchandising team's database tools, including butnot limited to the product lifecycle management system (PLM),enterprise planning system (ERP), Shopify, selling templates andreports, and assortment sheets, with emphasis on Men's andWomen's accessories, outlet apparel, and products for specialprojects

• Partner with the Design and Product Development teams to track& communicate changes to products throughout the developmentcycle by managing the daily change log

• Collaborate with operations and allocations teams to track andcommunicate PO deliveries

• Assist Merchandising team with preparation of product andpresentation documents for milestone meeting setup and takedown(Sketch Review, Line Review, Investment Review), as well asspecial meetings like Board Meetings and Store Manager Summits

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a deep interestin retail merchandising/buying and a passion for product

• Retail experience in apparel is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

• Precise attention to detail, with established time managementand organizational skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm, motivation anda positive attitude in a high pressure, fast paced environment

• Self-starter mentality, with ability to work independently aswell as in group settings

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to build strong partnerships and to workcollaboratively to achieve goals, including resolving conflict toget to a decision

• Ability and willingness to travel

• Ability and willingness to be in-office 4 days a week
