Warehouse Merchandise Processors

Full-Time Days (Mondays, 7:00-5:00pm and Tues-Fridays, 7:00am-4:00pm)

Pay: $12.00 base / eligible for increase after 60 days (based on performance)

RallySport Direct is looking for its next Merchandise Processor to join our team! Where youll spend your time:

The role of the Merchandise Processor involves picking and shipping of all customer orders from the warehouse, receiving product in and putting away on shelves to keep stock replenished and up to date, as well as maintain the safety and neatness of warehouse for the safety of all team members.

  • Responsible for picking /shipping orders from the warehouse.

  • Move freight for shipping & pack & box in preparation for shipping to customers

  • Receive product & put away on shelves to keep stock replenished & updated

  • Maintain safety & neatness of warehouse

  • Help with inventory count on a periodic basis

  • Read & audit labels

  • Identify, count, & sort packages / inventory with high level of urgency

  • Participate in meetings, follow guidance & provide feedback as appropriate.

  • Follow Safety Guidelines

You possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work "on-site" at warehouse performing standing, walking, stooping, bending, and pushing items on a regular basis

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs. and team lift or shift product onto equipment up to 120 lbs.

  • 6 months or more experience in a warehouse or distribution center (preferred); however, we're willing to train the "right" candidate with less experience

  • Stable work history

  • Strong work ethic with solid attendance record

  • Team Oriented

  • Customer Service Oriented understanding importance of getting product to customer on time & not damaged

This engineer works on a cross-functional Manufacturing Engineering team to support several aspects of the consumable manufacturing process. Partners with internal team members and vendors to optimize product performance. Performs troubleshooting and routine maintenance of basic to moderate manual and automated manufacturing processes. Leverages experience and skillset to implement best practices with the realm of consumable medical device manufacturing by identifying root causes and recommending solutions. Contributes to the resolution of basic to moderate manufacturing engineering problems. Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Supports several aspects of consumable product manufacturing process * Works with senior engineers and vendors to optimize product performance * Collects and analyzes data to determine performance of the product with minimal supervision * Builds relationships both internally and externally as a member of a cross-functional team * Troubleshooting and routine maintenance of manufacturing equipment * Assisting with NCR investigations, write-ups, and product dispositions * Implements best practices and corrective actions * Participates on team performing FMEA to identify root causes of problems and present possible solutions * Contributes to solving moderate manufacturing engineering problems * Makes design and technical recommendations subject to review by Manufacturing Engineering Manager * Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of BioFire Diagnostics' Quality System. * Generates variety of technical documentation including WIDs, technical reviews, studies. * Performs primary duties in a clean room environment. * Executes validation of new equipment and processes consistent with FDA standards Minimum Qualifications Training and Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline Individuals with an associate's degree or equivalent (i.e. Manufacturing Engineering Certificate) and 10+ years of directly relatable experience (i.e. manufacturing engineering technician, engineering maintenance technician, etc.) may be considered. Experience: 3 years of experience in related field with a Bachelor's degree, including performance consistent with said experience. Skills: * Manufacturing Engineering Support of Manufacturing Equipment: * Solidworks * Inspection * Failure investigation * Technical writing * Experience with the following is preferred: * Film and plastic bonding and sealing * Filling * Sheet metal design * Materials (e.g. plastics, aluminum, copper, steel, etc.) * Pneumatics * Machining (esp. CNC) * GD&T * Process validation * Electrical Schematics * Familiar with FDA standards * Experience with the following is highly preferred: * PLC * Microfluidics * Thermal characterization * Vacuum physics * Heat and mass transfer * SPC Physical Requirements: Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
