Position Purpose:

Responsible for the efficient execution of merchandising items to ensure with consistency in product sets and signage displays across a group of stores. Accountable for a reduction in time spent on merchandising processes due to an increased familiarity of sets.

  • Good knowledge of the store product and strong merchandising and organization skills.

  • Ability to be diligent in completion of time keeping, mileage calculations and expenses.

  • Access to reliable transportation, proper liability insurance

  • Move merchandise up to 50 pounds

Supervisory Responsibility


Work Environment

The nature of the job requires daily travel to various stores, with overnight stay possible for remote locations. Duties may include bending, stooping, lifting (50 lbs), standing, walking and fixture building. Associate may be expected to occasionally use a hand-held tool such as a hammer or rubber mallet to perform a task.

Education and Experience

Minimum high school diploma (its equivalency i.e. GED) or the equivalent work experience. A qualified applicant will be required to demonstrate proficiency in the areas of mathematics, and above average communication skills.

The work will focus on designing, building and maintaining infrastructure for machine-learning at the terabyte to petabyte scale.</p><p><strong>Tech</strong>: Hadoop, Spark, Accumulo, GeoServer, NiFi, HBase, Puppet, Docker, Ansible, AWS, C2S<br></p><p><strong>Languages:</strong> Scala, Java, Python, Bash</p><p><strong>Develops:</strong> Large-Scale Data Pipelines for Machine Learning</p><p><strong>Runs on: </strong>Linux</p><p><strong>The job you’ll do:</strong></p><p>50%: Supply operational engineering expertise for project teams</p><p>30%: Build out configuration management using Puppet or Ansible</p><p>20%: Optimize and troubleshoot infrastructure stack</p><p>Your focus will be on building stable and reproducible environments for one to three teams. We are constantly working on new projects, so CCRi seeks out self-starters who are excited about learning new technology. CCRi prefers candidates who have strong communication skills, good customer service, good troubleshooting skills, and a "get-it-done" mentality. </p><p>We will look to you to configure and deploy development environments, manage multiple development clouds, manage development tools such as continuous integration servers, artifact repositories, and in-house databases. </p><br><p><strong>Tech Stack:</strong></p><p>We use Scala, Java, Python, and Bash on CentOS/RedHat 6/7, Ubuntu, Docker containers, and Windows Server machines, managed by PXE, Cobbler, Puppet, and Beaker. Our workflow is built around Maven for building, Git for source control, Jira for issue tracking, and Jenkins for Continuous Integration.</p><p><strong>Infra Stack:</strong></p><p>Most CCRi software is built on the Hadoop ecosystem. Our stack includes NiFi, Accumulo, HBase, Spark, and Storm. We maintain on-premises clusters and use AWS for larger-scale work.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>You’ve got at least a year of relevant experience on a significant software project. Ideally, you have a bachelor’s in computer science or a related field. You are familiar with at least one modern programming language, and have used Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or Salt.</p><ul> <li><strong>US citizenship required.
