Your role as a Merchandise Liaison is to identify lost sales and pricing opportunities in terms of merchandise selection and to maximize standards of merchandise to assure customer satisfaction. Our Merchandise Liaisons are a vital part in our Company. This role is responsible for keeping our Buyers aware of what is going on each market, from the standpoint of our customers' prospective. Thinking through the eyes of the customer, the Merchandise Liaison focuses on how the customer will react when comparing us to other jewelers in their market, both as to what we do offer and what we do not offer. In addition to developing strong customer relationships, encompassing our brand, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our merchandise, this role will be ultimately responsible for understanding our customers' needs and our store inventory demands while maximizing sales performance as a jewelry expert and creating an exceptional store experience for each and every customer. Our goal is to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service; the experience YOU create is the reason for their return. 1+ year of sales experience required.
Luxury retail sales or service industry experience preferred.
High performing and driven to achieve goals.
Ability to maintain customer relationships in a changing sales environment.
