Mittera is looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to join our growing team! This position works with a broad team of creatives, photographers, stylists, clients, production personnel and others to create innovative, high quality, on brand, and beautiful/aesthetically pleasing images for client advertising across multiple media platforms. This position supports all aspects of studio photography production and is the backbone of our workflow. Maintaining our production software and working with the studio manager and producers to enable clean reporting and scheduling. Coordinating samples for photography and postproduction as well as working with the client to track and source late or missing items.
About you: You find satisfaction in making sure the details are just right. You're a proactive problem solver who likes working as part of a team while being self-managed and talking 1:1 with clients. You have an interest in photo shoot logistics and creating a workflow that ensures accuracy and aids in efficiency. You have top notch organizational and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a can-do attitude.
What you'll do:
Manage all photography samples
Ingest sample and shot list data to our production app, adjusting templates and cleaning data as needed to ensure the app is up to date and accurate
Receive (and return) samples, noting defects and approving samples that are photo ready
Organize, tag and shelf samples according to specified groupings, product type and photography schedule
Consistently improve and adjust the workflow as needed and along with communication and direction from studio manager and producers
This is a new role and requires being open to constructive feedback and the ability to evolve and grow with the studio
Communicates with other stakeholders and clients to assist in gathering information or troubleshooting issues surrounding merchandise
Maintain a clean, organized and effective merchandise storage and prep area
Organize samples according to photography schedule, pulling and prepping merchandise to hit the studio floor as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
