Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience demonstrated by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principals and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers

  • Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect

  • Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures

  • Promotes credit and loyalty programs during customer interactions

  • Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards

  • Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards

  • Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day

  • Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store

  • Provides and accepts ongoing recognition and constructive feedback

  • Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures

  • Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs

  • Participates in safety awareness and maintenance of a risk-free environment

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possesses excellent customer service skills

  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs

  • Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time

  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations

  • Possesses strong communication skills

  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks

  • Retail customer experience preferred

Location: Fond du Lac, WI Category: Production / General Assembly Choose Your Shift Options Part Time: Monday-Thursday / Pick a specific shift or mix and match! ($9.25/hour) Shift (1) 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM Shift (2) 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM Shift (3) 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Weekly Minimum of 15 hours / Maximum of 25 hours * OR - Part Time - Weekends Only: Friday & Saturday 6:00am - 4:30pm and Sunday 6:00am - 3:30 pm ($12.00/hour) * OR - Full Time: Monday-Thursday / 1st Shift 6am-4:30pm / 2nd Shift 11:30am-10pm ($9.25/hour) Job Summary: Production Associates are responsible for performing a task while following the Production Line Leader's instructions, and also adhering to AIB, GMP's and company policies. Responsibilities and Duties: * Pack product by counting number of pieces, checking for quality defects, placing product into a bag/box/carton, and placing finished cartons on pallet with pallet patterns. * General light assembly of product * Open, form and close boxes * Place labels on units or boxes * Follow policies that support the quality system * Comply with company attendance policy * Any additional tasks required to produce product Qualifications and Skills: * Contribute a positive attitude * Be a team player who shows up every day and on time * High attention to detail * Ability to understand and follow directions * Maintain the work area so that it is clean and safe * Ability to work in a fast pace environment Physical Demands: This position requires you to stand 100% of the time or to sit 100% of the time during your shift. The vast majority of work stations require standing, therefore the choice of sitting or standing is based on customer requirements and not by employee request. The position also requires the use of hands to finger, handle or touch more than 2/3 of the time. This position does require the individual to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally. Good hand-eye coordination, close and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus are required to perform this position. Each employee is responsible for performing these functions in a safe manner while providing quality service: stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp and reach above. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
