What you bring to the table
The Medical Equipment Project Assistant is responsible for supporting all planning and procurement activates involved with medical equipment planning. The Project Assistant will report to the Project Managers and receive direction from Project Planners and their team designates.
This person can either work remotely in the U.S. or in one of our office locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support our planners using planning software (we will train you on this)
Cross check reports and drawings to support our planning effort
Attend meetings with clinical staff, contractors, vendors and other third party entities
Attend conferences, marketing events and other events
Build and maintain a working knowledge of all medical equipment in the equipment library
Coordinate with vendors on obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, delivery schedule and installation activities
Maintain an active procurement schedule for projects that require them
Make site visits to job-site as needed per the project requirements
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree
Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Mircosoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, DropBox, and other Shared Sites
Ability to self-educate; Self-motivated; Goal-oriented
Must possess strong oral, written, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency with Attainia software after on month of start date (Beck to provide training)
