Job Details Responsibilities: Act as the Commissioning Agent to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and meet the required performance standards.

Oversee and quality check all MEP aspects of commercial construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project specifications and standards are met. Review and approve MEP designs and modifications, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and codes.

Conduct regular site inspections (downtown Washington D.C.) to monitor progress and ensure quality of work. Serve as the primary point of contact for General and Subcontractors, responding to inquiries and providing regular updates on project status. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Certified Commissioning Agent or equivalent is a plus (if you are not licensed, we will sponsor your licensing after joining the team). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on MEP commissioning within commercial high-rise construction. Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, construction procedures, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required. Our pipeline of projects at minimum will sustain the next 3 years, with more potential projects in the pipeline beyond.
