We are seeking a Mental Health Worker to join our team in our Montgomery County, Colmar, PA location.

Position Details

The Mental Health Worker works with and adheres to the safety and welfare of all consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses in their residential programs while carrying out direct care responsibilities and participates in and follows the treatment planning process for our 10 resident Community Residential Rehabilitation facility (CRR) in Colmar, PA.

Duties include:

• interact and engage with residents
• monitor behaviors
• assist with meal preparation
• monitor and administer medication
• participate in skills groups
• transport residents to appointments, employment and outings
• no ADLs required
• other duties as assigned

Earn $18.40 with the selection of our Enhanced Pay option,

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must be 18 years or older

• 1 year experience working in the Behavioral Health field/ population in a group home or a residential facility setting preferred.

• Must have a valid and clean driver's license and clean driving record.

• Must be able to work 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm, and a rotation of weekends.
