We offer inpatient and outpatient services for children, adolescents and adults needing mental/behavioral health, chemical dependency; and co-occurring disorders treatment through our medically supervised detoxification.

Job Summary

The Mental Health Worker provides basic nursing care, aids with activities of daily living, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse and unit Lead Mental Health Worker, within the job modifications and work restrictions outlined by their physician. This is a per diem status position.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. Associates preferred.

Experience

Two (2) years experience focused on nursing, psychology, social service, medicine or related field required. Equivalent combination of education and expeience accpetable.

License

CPR and Handle with Care (to be completed with in 30 days of hired)

The Staff Nurse utilizes the nursing process to assess, coordinate, facilitate and deliver nursing care for patients utilizing the nursing process. Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families. Accountable for adhering lo established polices for standards of care and standards of practice.
