Position: Mental Health Therapist

Job Duties:

• Rendering evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.

• Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone.

• Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.

• Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.

• Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Must Haves:

• Active LCSW and/or state equivalent license. Active LCSW, LICSW, LASW, LMHC, LPC, LCMHC, LPCI, LCPC, LMFT, and/or the state equivalent of independent license.

• 1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment.

• 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR.

• Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private, quiet space for sessions.

Dual-Compensation: A total earning potential of up to $91,000 (Base pay will be commensurate with experience and licensure level)

• Office Equipment: Google Chromebooks are provided for all full-time employees.

Nice to Haves:

• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese

• EMDR / DBT experience

• Prior telehealth or remote experience

• Reliable self-starter who can work independently and also as part of a team

• Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients

• In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the compensation for this position has a guarantee of no less than $58,000 annually but can range to $91,000 annually. Note wages may vary based on license level, productivity, experience, location, and skills. We also have Hybrid (productivity-based) Contractor rates available
