Glades Talent is working with a growing organization with a mission to provide the highest quality dialectical behavior
therapy (DBT) services. We are working to be in-network with insurance at the outpatient and partial
hospitalization levels of care. We are at an exciting stage of development and are seeking a compassionate
and motivated Therapist to join the team!
Qualifications:
? Licensed preferred, or license eligible in the state of Massachusetts
? Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a relevant field
? Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in behavioral therapy
? Must be willing to learn adherent DBT
About the Role:
? Provide high quality services to adolescents, young adults, and families using appropriate
evidence-based interventions.
? Maintain a caseload of approximately 22 face-to-face client hours per week.
? Carry some PHP cases, if needed, as the program develops, as well as case management duties.
? Complete all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with state and accreditation
requirements.
? Participate in weekly tape/adherence review.
? Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, seek consultation and supervision
as necessary.
? Uphold DBT principles and strategies, consultation agreements, and staff and client assumptions
in interactions with clients and the team. Examples of key DBT principles include non judgment,

? Contribute to an environment where staff want to work and clients want to receive treatment.
? Contribute to program development (i.e., implementing new procedures or systems) to improve
patient care or team functioning.
? Participate in the on-call rotation.
