About the Job: The Mental Health Counselor is a Masters level position partnering in our work of providing compassionate and collaborative mental health care to a wide variety of clients in an outpatient setting.

You will have a reasonable caseload with a supportive office staff to assist with billing and paperwork, flexible scheduling and hybrid office/remote options, great benefits, regular clinical supervision and educational opportunities, and work in the company of passionate, caring, diverse, and fun colleagues. About our Work: We are a counseling team dedicated to person-centered and trauma informed principles and practice for employees as well as clients.

A wide variety of referral sources, and a group of colleagues who encourage professional growth and development, helps ensure a consistent client base and reduces the stressors associated with private practice, or working with a high-volume for-profit agency.

Training and Qualifications:

Master's in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college REQUIRED. Valid Oregon Registered Associate number required or in progress. Experience with children ages 8-17 preferred.

Clinical Duties Include:

a) Maintain 25 hours direct counseling per week, with early evening appointments at least two days a week

b) Provide consultation, assessment, and diagnosis for all clients

c) Maintain accurate and current client records and request authorizations as needed

d) Conduct occasional psycho-educational workshops or presentations

e) Participate in clinical supervision
