We seek mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LAC) for full-time positions in Hot Springs, AR.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in the state of Arkansas

• LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LAC

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families

• Solid computer and basic technology skills

• Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Interview the patient to obtain information concerning medical history or other pertinent information needed to complete behavioral assessments

• Evaluate the mental needs of clients based on a review of client information

• Develop and implements treatment plans

• Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client care

• Assist with support groups, as assigned, if necessary

• Interfaces with schools, DHS/DCFS, and other needed community services

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
