At Feller Behavioral Health, we train our therapists in Lifespan Integration, which is a gentle, body-based treatment for trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship conflict, motivation, self-esteem, addiction and more.

Our clients and therapists alike call it “miraculous” and “life-changing” If you join our team, we will provide a pathway to certification in Lifespan Integration and ongoing training in other therapy modalities. We are a growing outpatient behavioral health practice with two beautiful office locations in Bountiful and Farmington. Our therapists work with children, adolescents and adults and provide individual, couples, family and group therapy. Appointments and treatment are provided both in-person and virtually through tele-health.

Experience in conducting group therapy and Spanish-speaking are a plus. We welcome all applicants interested in full and part-time positions. Flexible schedule (clinical services 8am to 9pm, M-F) Great benefits package (health, dental, life insurance) PTO and paid holidays No-show compensation Client Care/Provider Support Team takes care of all scheduling and client support Clinical Supervision provided Opportunities to earn CEUs for professional development Clinical supervisory opportunities Incentives to become certified in evidence-based clinical models Insurance credentialing Liability insurance No on-call or weekend requirements Interdisciplinary team with in-house medication providers Training in Lifespan Integration, a gentle body-based therapy for resolving trauma, mood disorders and many other presenting problems Responsibilities Perform mental health assessments, develop crisis and treatment plans, and track treatment progress Ability to develop rapport and sustain therapeutic relationships Provide psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and families Conduct crisis management Complete case documentation - accurate and timely Incorporate FBH approved outcome measures to monitor therapy effectiveness Attend weekly Clinical Staff Meeting and engage in case consultation Collaborate with FBH medication providers and clinical team Participate in Lifespan Integration training and incorporate this model into practice Comply with professional ethics as well as agency policies, procedures and code of conduct Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited University/College Current or pending licensure as either: CSW, LCSW, AMFT, LMFT, ACMHC, CMHC Effective provision of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities Proficient in measuring treatment effectiveness Adherence to ethical standards of clinical practice Accurate and comprehensive documentation Background check Work Remotely No Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits:
