Provides therapy/counseling to patients of adult behavioral health services. Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care for patients attending treatment programs. Maintains accountability for own care to assure adherence to ethical standards. Consistently utilizes a holistic approach (considering physical, psych/social, spiritual, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served in assigned service area).

Demonstrates techniques and philosophy based on Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB) curriculum.
Master's Degree in Mental Health Therapy required. Prefer 2 years experience. Current permanent or temporary Iowa license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist.
