If so, TFI Family Services has the perfect opportunity for you Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Therapist to join our dynamic team in Great Bend, KS You'll have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families facing mental health challenges, trauma, and conflict.

If you have a master's degree in social work or a related field and experience working with children and families, we'd love to hear from you A Day in the Life of a TFI TherapistIn this role, you will work directly with children and families who are navigating difficult experiences like trauma, abuse, and neglect. Our therapists offer in-home, trauma-informed individual and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based approaches. With TFI, you'll receive national trauma certifications and in-house clinical supervision to enhance your skills.

Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting diagnostic interviews Creating tailored treatment plans Providing high-quality clinical interventions
