Overview

(Contracted) Mental Health Therapist

Hourly: $45 - $55 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: 24 hours a week and with the opportuinity for increase as clinic ramps.

Embark Behavioral Health is looking for a Contracted licensed Behavioral Health Therapist who aligns with our mission of reducing teen and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to staff an OP, IOP and PHP clinic opening in Denver Metro Area. As a child - young adult and Family Therapist, you will be supported by an experienced Executive Director, Clinical Director and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.

Responsibilities

• Meet treatment standards through implementation of required notes and MTP standard requirements.

• Meet desired program goals through implementing and meeting outcomes testing and standards.

• Ensure program completion and discharge requirements are met for all students.

• Discharge plans for all students should be completed and reviewed with students and family members.

• Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Fully licensed in state of Colorado

• A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.

• A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.

• Required -Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.

• Ability to pass a state background check
