Position Summary: Responsible for delivering community based mental health care, to clients with severe and persistent mental illness, under supervision
Valid Driver's license.
Obtain certification in HeartSaver First Aid within 30 days of hire date.
Successful completion of the criminal identification bureau check and maintenance of a personal record that would not disqualify her/him for employment due to illegal activities..
West Virginia state criminal background check, and federal, if applicable, required for DHHR regulated area
Two years of college study OR Two years of experience in inpatient acute psychiatric care.
