Titan Placement Group is searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for mental health care to join a community-focused nonprofit organization in Pueblo, Colorado.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual Salary:$71,335 - $76,090 (based on experience)
• Health Insurance: 100% employer-covered

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends required
• Patient Load: Average number of patients per day
• Conduct patient assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, and provide mental health support services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• EMR Systems: MyAvatar (Behavioral Health) and NextGen (Providers)

Requirements

• Active and Clear RN license in the State of Colorado
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to serving underserved and vulnerable populations
