Job Responsibilities
With our Agency's mission to support the recovery of people with mental illnesses, we provide a complete array of medical and support services for children, adults, and families throughout South Carolina.
This position is located at 2100 Charlie Hall Boulevard, Charleston, SC 29414.
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team supervisor.
This position will hire, train, and supervise an ACT team which will consist of all of part of the following positions: RN, MHP, IPS, Substance Use counselor, Administrative Asst., and APRN, and a PSS staff.
This is a team approach to treatment for patients who need intervention treatment and supervision in the home and community. This position may require on-call work and the team will follow the fidelity of ACT services.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
State Minimum Requirements: A master's degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field and professional experience in a mental health, human service or social service program.
Agency (DMH) Minimum Requirements: A master's or doctorate degree from an accredited program, university, or college in psychology, social work, counseling, MFT, or other behavioral discipline deemed equivalent by SCDMH.
Must be licensed as licensed psychologist, LISW-CP, LPC, or LMFT. Three years' experience working with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness and a minimum of two years post graduate experience. And Supervisory experience
