Job Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, oversees operations of the MDFT program for GGMHC. Provides intensive in-home services to adolescents and their families, who are DJJ involved, to reduce the possibility of incarceration, therapeutic placement, or hospitalization.
Responsible for supervising and training all MDFT therapists, act as a consultant with the MDFT state advisor and Department of Juvenile Justice. Trains staff in the development of intensive home intervention plans using the MDFT model, and acts as a consultant to DJJ, DSS, Greenville County School District, and other community agencies as they relate to caseload. Is also responsible for includig completing of the EPMS for employees under supervision.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A master's degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field and one year of experience in an MDFT program.
