Mental Health - Intensive Case Manager (Mental Health Caseworker)

Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking an Intensive Case Manager (Mental Health Caseworker) to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Intensive Case Manager supports adults with mental illness by providing education, assistance and resources in effort to improve overall quality of life. This position helps individuals live independently, participate in vocational/educational programs, access medical care and gain adequate social supports.

Minimum Educational Requirements: (One of the following)

• Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, counseling or education
• HS Diploma and twelve (12) college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology or other social science field with two years of experience in human services; One year in direct care

Additional Minimum Requirements:

• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and able to learn other software as needed

• Effective communication skills, verbal and written

• Valid driver's license and daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle

• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
