Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience.
• Health Insurance: Employer pays 75% (Approximately $80 per pay period).
• Dental and Vision Insurance: Available.

• Student Loan Repayment Program: Eligibility from $50,000 to $100,000.

Responsibilities:

• Duties: Provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy for individuals and groups.
• Collaboration: Work with a supportive team in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Clinical Autonomy: Make independent decisions in patient care management.

Requirements:

• License: Clear and active LCSW or LCAC license in the State of Indiana.
• Experience: Open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates.
