Hourly Wage: $17.66 per hour or $36,732.80 annually

Position Summary:

Sea Mar Behavioral Health Department in Yelm is seeking a full time Case Manager to join our diverse and growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, client screening, assisting mental health providers with client management, referrals, facilitating groups, backup for support staff, and medical records.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Associates of Art's Degree in Behavioral Health, Health Sciences, or related field.

  • Applicable work experience may be substituted for the degree.

  • Candidate must demonstrate respect and appreciation for diversity and have an understanding of the community system.

  • Computer proficiency and customer service skills preferred.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred not required

Sea Mar Behavioral Health's diverse and quickly expanding program is offering a wonderful opportunity to work with a team of therapists in Yelm. This is a Full-time position. The Mental Health Therapist in this position will be completing assessments and must be accessible to do some individual counseling coverage. Qualifications: * Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology or social work, which includes course work in psychological diagnostics, is required. * Applicants should qualify as an MHP in accordance with state WACs. * Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required. * Good oral and written skills a must.
