Mental Health Case Manager - Posting #23797

Hourly Rate: $17.66 per hour

Position Summary:

Sea Mar Behavioral Health Department in Yelm is seeking a full time Case Manager to join our diverse and growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, client screening, assisting mental health providers with client management, referrals, facilitating groups, backup for support staff, and medical records.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Associates of Art's Degree in Behavioral Health, Health Sciences, or related field.

  • Applicable work experience may be substituted for the degree.

  • Candidate must demonstrate respect and appreciation for diversity and have an understanding of the community system.

  • Computer proficiency and customer service skills preferred.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred not required

We are recruiting for the following position:</p><p>Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization</p><p>Mental Health Therapist II, III or Licensed - Posting #22136</p><p>Salary Range: $56,222.40 - $69,305.60</p><p>Position Summary:</p><p>Sea Mar Behavioral Health's diverse and quickly expanding program is seeking an Full-time Therapist for our Behavioral Health site in Yelm The salary for this position depends on the applicant's qualification and/or License. Please see job requirements below:</p><p>The Mental Health Therapist (MHT) provides individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning. In addition, he or she will provide referrals and coordination with medication providers, primary care physicians, and with other community agencies. Our therapists must have the ability to accurately diagnose mental health issues and develop treatment plans based upon diagnoses.</p><p>This is a community-based position in which the therapist will provide outreach to the clients within a multi-disciplinary Collaborative Health Action Team. A successful candidate will be comfortable providing services outside of a traditional therapy setting. Dual Credential CDP/t preferred, but not required.</p><p>We are a growing team with wide-ranging experience, educational backgrounds and degrees. We work closely with our medical providers to establish a whole &quot;health home&quot; for our clients. This makes for a rich clinical environment that is supportive and invigorating.</p><p>Qualifications and/or Experience:</p><ul><li><p>Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work which includes coursework in psychological assessment.</p></li><li><p>At a minimum should meet WAC requirements for the designation of Mental Health Professional, be licensed or have an associate's license.</p></li><li><p>Experience with evidence-based models of treatment is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Must be comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office and other software.</p></li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><p>Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
