Looking for an opportunity to gain experience in the mental health field?

This is the perfect opportunity for Psychology and Social Work students, PCAs and those who want to give back to their community!


You'll be working within one of our Customized Living Programs at the Whittier Campus located in South Minneapolis. You will oversee the safety and well-being of individuals on site, providing services such as:

  • Medication administration

  • Assistance with problem solving

  • Documentation of significant happenings throughout your shift

  • Completing cleaning tasks within main living areas

  • You will work as a team with other advocate staff, housekeeping, home health aides, the Program Director and our RNs to provide a safe living environment for all clients.


We currently have Day, Evening and Overnight shifts available! Work schedules currently available are Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday.

Day: 7:00am-3:30pm

Evening: 3:00pm-11:30pm

Overnight: 11:00pm-7:30am

Compensation range starting at $14-16 per hour dependent upon experience.


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bachelor's Degree or In Progress, preferred

  • Able to pass background check

  • Physically mobile and able to lift up to 25lbs and climb stairs
