Men's Behavioral Health Associate

We are looking to add compassionate Behavioral Health Associate to our clinical team! Keystone is a 126-bed treatment center providing services to adults and adolescents in an inpatient setting. Keystone is located just southeast of Sioux Falls near the South Dakota/Iowa border in Canton, SD.

AVAILABLE SHIFT AND HOURS:

• This position is a full time position working between 36-40 hours per week with shift differentials applying. All staff rotate weekends. We currently have various shifts open on our Adult Men and Detox Patients.

TRAINING AND ORIENTATION

• Keystone is committed to training and safety. All new-hires will attend a week long training with the HR department before
• spending 2 weeks unit orientation with a mentor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ASSOCIATE.

• Provide and coordinate the completion of various assessments.

• Provide assistance and a listening ear when a patient is in need.

• Ensure patients are accounted for by doing hourly patient checks.

• Assist in conducting patient groups.

EDUCATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must have a valid driver license.

• Previous experience in chemical dependency preferred.
