The College and Department
This position is housed in the Athletics Department under the Division of Student Affairs. The classification for this position is Coaching Specialist and is in the faculty bargaining unit. This is a 12-month, full time position. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Compensation
The Men's Assistant Basketball Coach classification salary range is $6,227 to $11,088 monthly (12 monthly payments). The anticipated hiring range is $6,666 to $8,334 per month.
Salary offered is commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, the California Equal Pay Act prohibits employers from paying its employees less than those of the opposite sex and/or another race or ethnicity for substantially similar work (https://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/california_equal_pay_act.htm).
