SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Reporting into the PMO, as Project Manager in the MEMS team you will play a key role in delivering advanced MEMS products. Your primary focus is to coordinate and lead high performance teams though the definition, design, validation, test, qualification, and production ramp-up of transducers for MEMS-based sensors.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead multiple global, cross-functional teams taking MEMS technologies from conception to mass-production. New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Technology Introduction (NTI)

• Develop integrated project schedules as well as plan and facilitate team meetings

• Effective management of both strategic and tactical project deliverables, including scope, risk, resource, timeline and cost

• Work with the teams to manage risk and work out mitigation plans

• Provide updates to stakeholders, management and executives on project status as required

• Contribute to the continued development of PMO operating models and processes

• Coordination of logistics and priorities with foundry partners

REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering degree or related field. An advanced degree such as M.S.E.E. is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor or MEMS environments (Foundry experience is a plus)

• 3+ years of Project Management experience

• Self motivated, driven, pragmatic personality with a sense of ownership and urgency

• Team player with the ability to promote and foster strong working relationships across international teams

• Proficient in project management methodologies, processes and tools (e.g. MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira, etc.)

• Detail orientated with excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentation skills)

• Well rounded understanding of high volume manufacturing environment is a plus

• PMP Certification is a plus

• Fluency in Japanese is a plus

• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
