Job Summary/Position Overview:
The Memory Care Engagement Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the
memory care engagement program geared towards meeting a variety of physical and cognitive needs of
residents. Offering a well balanced activity calendar according to the Arbor Company's six dimensions of
wellness as well as accounting for resident individually and well-being is a top priority. The Memory Care
Engagement Coordinator will also promote a high level of customer service and respect with residents and

Meeting or exceeding satisfactory marks on the company's engagement program checklists
High degree of resident engagement as evidenced on the company's calendar creation and
participation tracking software
Key Duties and Responsibilities

At least 1 year experience in programming for those with dementia
Extensive knowledge of dementia and its affects on cognitive functioning
Awareness of the social and emotional needs of seniors
Basic knowledge of computer systems particularly Outlook and Word
Valid driver's license
