As a Membership Customer Service Representative, you will thrive within our dynamic and fast paced call center environment by providing best in class service to our members and customers through handling telephone calls and click-to-chat to answer questions, providing solutions and consulting members on AAA products and service through account analysis and cross selling. You will contribute to our member experience with your positive, friendly and professional demeanor while providing first call resolutions in areas that include billing, renewal, upgrades, payments, information changes, duplicate cards, processing payments and more. In addition to serving the external member you will also serve as support for our internal customers during disaster situations and support the overall growth of the business.

Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience
Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group products
To prepare you for this exciting opportunity, we offer:
Full-time paid Training (8 weeks)
Beginning March 2, 2020
Schedules will vary. Applicants will need to be flexible to work various shifts to include afternoons, evenings and weekends. Call Center is a 365 day operation.
